Lovely friendly staff
Was tricked into paying a consult fee when the RSPCA vet had already done it the day before, then told they wouldn't do the surgery and let me pay it off like I had before. I'm on DSP. Felt quite awful. I couldn't afford $70 for what I already knew. Seemed like a cash grab with no consideration to my animals health or my financial position. REALLY DISGUSTED.

Thankyou guys! I was told by the vets near the hospital in Taree after my dog got his nails cut there, that I was not allowed to bring him back in for his nails to be cut ever again and wasn’t told why.. So I took him here and asked - they were happy to do it & said bring him back anytime as he was well behaved for them while cutting the nails. 10/10 thanks!
