Terrible customer service. We live in QLD but going to Tuncurry for a holiday. They wouldn’t do the health check on our Subaru.
Very disappointing experience at Taree Subaru I brought my car to Taree Subaru to have a reving issue diagnosed, but unfortunately they were unable to identify the problem. The communication and level of professionalism I experienced were also very disappointing, and I left feeling like my time had been completely wasted. I love their customer service, I had many questions and concerns about my older car. Amanda eased my concerns and gave me a plan of action for the future care for my car. They are efficient and very affordable. I have always had great customer care from the staff, even before my first booking.
