Absolutely terrible with communication - my car has been in requiring parts for 10 weeks now and when I just spoke to Vanessa I requested a call tomorrow for an update (I have been the one calling up each week for an update, yet to receive a return phone call for an update when requested each time from MidCoast & Nissan Australia) she said she would “do her best” - not super appropriate after 10 weeks of waiting. Took a very long time to answer the phone, repeat,repeat,repeat and so on, when finally got somebody, carnt do anything for 6 weeks, went elsewhere and got items done no problem the following day,
I bought a pulsar several years ago in Taree and had exceptional service. Went this week to get new mirror and was so disappointed with Customer Service. Spoke to 5 men and not one even smiled let alone made conversation. I felt I was an inconvenience to them. No help with attaching the new mirror, just told to get Crackers to do it. Disgusted
