Took a very long time to answer the phone, repeat,repeat,repeat and so on, when finally got somebody, carnt do anything for 6 weeks, went elsewhere and got items done no problem the following day,
I bought a pulsar several years ago in Taree and had exceptional service. Went this week to get new mirror and was so disappointed with Customer Service. Spoke to 5 men and not one even smiled let alone made conversation. I felt I was an inconvenience to them. No help with attaching the new mirror, just told to get Crackers to do it. Disgusted
