Normally Kia always has such great service but this one was lacking. Disappointing to say the least!

Very Racist staff. My husband called to book a service for our car, my husband said he was asked a few questions and he just answered normally. Anyway after the call, the staff named Chris thought she already ended the call and gave a side comment saying, "He's weird, I think he's from India". Very unprofessional staff. Regular Cerato GT serviced at Taree. Recent service, requested to have BOTH remotes appraised as one key stopped “opening/closing” function ceased working a year ago only to be followed with the SAME problem with the second key. Service department at Kia Taree informed me “the keys are not supported by warranty and one new key would cost $850.
