Very Racist staff. My husband called to book a service for our car, my husband said he was asked a few questions and he just answered normally. Anyway after the call, the staff named Chris thought she already ended the call and gave a side comment saying, "He's weird, I think he's from India". Very unprofessional staff. Regular Cerato GT serviced at Taree. Recent service, requested to have BOTH remotes appraised as one key stopped “opening/closing” function ceased working a year ago only to be followed with the SAME problem with the second key. Service department at Kia Taree informed me “the keys are not supported by warranty and one new key would cost $850. Very happy with the car.But I booked it in for a service and they could fit me in at 1030.I dropped it off at the time agreed and I was told it would be ready in 4 hours....it was a basic service,it's not a bus.I asked how long does a basic service take and they didn't know.I was also told that there are other cars that have to be done,so what is the point in booking it I. Don't they look at the cars for that day and work out times for each one.This needs to be sorted out...
