First of all, I didn't like the fact that they take your animal into a back room with curtains and you're not allowed to come in or even peek at what's going on including nail trimming. I was charged for trimming but the trimming was not done. I went back two more times to get that service done because I had already paid my money. When I went to Pet Smart they told me that my dog's nails had never cut. They also charge me for a partial exam after I challenge them on this ,(partial exam), they took it off my bill . I took my dog out first thing Monday morning, because I thought he had swallowed something. Turns out the poor puppy came in contact with Parvo. The emergency hospital was full and could not take any more ICU patients so the assistant Kaitlyn drove her car to Wilson and purchased monoclonal antibodies to treat my dog. She was with him three hours in the morning one hour in the afternoon three hours in the evening they were with him during the weekend when they were closed Dr. Fung logged out Saturday at 4 AM when she left. i’m surprised this place is still even in business or even has a good google rating. called on a Friday for an emergency visit (cat was peeing blood and using bathroom outside litter box, my cat has had previous issues with urinary blockages and can be fatal if not treated) and they stated we can drop our cat off and pick him up at the end of the day. so i sit and wait all day for any updates. they called me 2 times to inform me he was due for rabies shot and testing for feline leukemia. i told them give him the rabies shot ... read more
