Lots of Cardio, Cable Machines, and Dumbbells. Has a nice squat and deadlift area. Wish it had more of the cage racks for free weights. Only 2 at this gym over by the far wall when you enter.
Bigger than the midway gym and cleaner. Had enough equipment for a good work out. Just wish they had equipment for ab workout. Enjoyed that it was not so busy and could move from one machine to another without the wait.
