September 2019 I feel so blessed to have found Tarascon Health and to have completed a 28-day program there. It was not an easy ride, the days are full of various therapies that challenge you deeply, there is lots of self-reflection, lots of letting go, lots of taking responsibility.....lots of lots of stuff!!! Tarascan Health (formally innisfree) definitely saved my life, the beautiful people who work there, the beautiful scenery, the rooms, everything about that place is pure beautiful and honestly couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who is struggling
