10/10 highly recommend! I’ve been getting massages for many years, and Tara is someone I continually highly recommend. She understands pressure points and body needs, it’s a very calming environment and I always leave there feeling renewed after a well-needed massage. She also has a section where you can do red light therapy, an indoor sauna, compression boots and a vibration plate for lymphatic drainage too! Book a 90 minute massage session with her, and you’ll be glad you did!
Tara is great! She’s super friendly, personable, and really attentive to what you need each session. She’s helped a lot with tension in my back and neck, and I always leave feeling better with improved mobility and recovery. I also really appreciate that she goes beyond just the massage itself.
