If I could rate higher than 5 s, I definitely would. Tara goes beyond my expectations. She's extremely talented and gifted. Her touch is soothing and she always makes sure that I am comfortable and demonstrates how she listens to me verbally and the pain of my body. I recommend her to everyone who listens. She's assisted me with many flare-ups and her teas and other merch are great as well. I also love how she follows up with me, especially when she knows my body was highly inflamed before a session. Tara is an amazing healer! I recently had surgery and struggle with swelling. My daughter told me about Tara’s lymphatic drainage massage so I tried it and had immediate results! I will be continuing to see Tara to help with the discomfort in my healing journey.

If you haven’t booked a session, whether it be spiritual work, or just a massage.. you are truly missing out! I left Chatara feeling so much lighter than when I came in!
Chatara is absolutely AMAZING!!! She really listens to you and provides the most relaxing time I've ever had during a massage. She is able to accommodate my somewhat hectic schedule to allow me to continue my monthly maintenance massages. I will continue to use Chatara as my massage therapist for as long as I live in the Cedar Rapids area.
