Unprofessional! I made an appointment and when I got there no one was there. There was someone waiting (I assume she worked there because she was texting the owner, but she did not have access to get in) outside and when she got in touch with the owner they asked if I could come back at 2:45 or another day...no. My time and money are too precious for foolishness.
