Horrible communication. Un-professional & un-organized as it gets. Very disappointed and heart broken that someone would take your money and not complete the paperwork that was needed to do my Power of attorney for my mother and now my mother has passed away and the proper documentation was not put in place when Mario promised it would be which has now put me and my family in a very serious situation. Reviewed a document received from a corporation in response to damage to property. Mr. Tarara was professional and quickly identified bizarre language of the document.
We've been trying to address a tax issue that should have been taken care of 9 months ago. I'm sure Mario will resolve it soon..... OK having a hard time getting a hold of him for over a week now since I put out a 4 star review. Still hopeful that this will get resolved.... Hmmmmm a couple more weeks again since I've updated the review. This is going to be the week it will get resolved!
