In response to you saying that I couldn’t “definitively define my project.” I’m not sure what you mean by that as I just needed a total roof replacement with the use of carriage house shingles by certain teed which is pretty specific. Completely ghosted by this company! I wanted to use this company for my roof replacement and Zane came three times to take measurements. I was told they would get back to me with the quote by the end of the week. Two weeks passed and heard nothing so I gave them a call they told me oh yes, by the end of the day tomorrow, still nothing.
