Dr. Taranow is an amazing physician. I’ve seen him over the past few years, and without fail he is always attentive, caring, and dives deep into your chart. You never leave feeling rushed or without an answer. Extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that he has a strong passion for research and finding solutions for his patients.
I am so grateful to Dr. Taranow! After years of deformity and pain in my foot, I am happy to say that I had a very successful surgery. Just as important as the outcome was to me was the way I was treated. Dr. Taranow always took his time, answered questions and did so with such kindness. He has an amazing staff and I could not say enough good things about Dr. Taranow and his staff. I am very grateful!
Dr. Taranow was my surgeon for a complex tibial tendon repair/reattachment and I quickly discovered he is the best in area. In addition to performing an incredible repair, he answers all of my questions, writes clear and elaborate notes to follow, and collaborates with my PT.
My experience with Dr. Warren Taranow was horrific. His words to me during my post-surgery follow-up visit were, "Wow! This is some great work". He never bothered to ask how I was doing and or how I was feeling. A totally disgusting experience. Worse, was dealing with his office staff which made follow up visits and medication refills a real nightmare. Absolutely unprofessional.
Dr. Taranow gave excellent medical advice and treatment for a collapsed tendon issue I had. I highly recommend him!
I am an old patient of dr taranows he replaced my ankle when I was just 16 years old in Michigan. Dr taranow is one of the best surgeons that I have ever met he is very friendly he explains everything very well.
Thirty years with an autoimmune disease (RA) left me with severely deformed and painful feet. Dr. Taranow performed surgery on the worst foot last year and I could not be more pleased with the result. His experience and expertise are well known and his upbeat positive attitude helped me through from beginning to end. I am enjoying life, walking and shopping for shoes and will definitely go back to have my other foot repaired when sufficient time has passed.
I was involved a terrible car accident that left me with fractures from head to toe. 20 years later, the bone in my ankle died. Dr. T removed the dead bone and grafted new bone in its place. He also gave me a cartilage transplant that worked! I visited a number of surgeons prior to choosing Dr. T to fix my foot and ankle. Now I know that I made the right choice. On a scale of 0 to 10. Dr. T is an 11.There was very little pain after the surgery. Follow up care is terrific. I am walking again!
When my 5 year-old daughter fell at school and broke her wrist, we called Dr. Taranow's office. We were very pleased with how quickly they arranged to evaluate and treat her, all in one appointment. Both Dr. Taranow and his staff were professional, friendly and treated my daughter in such a way that not only was she not fearful, she had a positive experience and left happy with her new, blue Frozen cast. I recommend Dr. Taranow and his practice to anyone in need of orthopedic services.
