Florida's High-End Luxury Builder!
Recently purchased a Taralon Home. There was no power pole on the property 12 days before closing at the professional inspection. After closing, I noticed that a power pole was installed on the property without my knowledge. Taralon Homes never mentioned that there would be a pole on the property but according to Duke Energy, Taralon Homes approved the pole. We now have significant costs to have it removed.
