I came across Tarallo Kitchen ad and was so sad to read some of the terrible reviews. I used Tarallo's in 2012 when I moved into another apt that had to be updated. I found the customer service to be outstanding and the associates who worked there very professional. I can't imagine what happened to have made such a change - sad.
