This place is terrible. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and have no idea how to talk to patients. They act like they’re doing us a favor instead of doing their job. If they can’t treat people properly, they should hire new staff who actually want to work with patients.

Very poor service! Waiting times longer than expected, when we ask for appointments they will say we don’t book appointments. What if patients need urgent care, they’re worst than emergency care. Rather go to emergency.

Worst experience here they say wait time is 1 hour and we end up waiting here for 3 hours still after nobody listen us and we end up cancelling file here and appointment tooo. So please find other medical clinic

This medical clinic provide very disappointment service. Even i made appointment and arrived on time. second thing We understood when staff shortage effect service to patients but that doesn’t mean you guys not follow proper agenda. I didn’t expect that you guys told me that 5 patients are still ahead before my turn but I got my turn after 7. I mean this is the way they treat their patients.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from Dr. Amin at Taradale Clinic. I repeatedly informed him about my concerns regarding fibroids in my uterus and requested an ultrasound several times. However, he consistently refused to order the test, stating that my menstrual cycles were regular and there was nothing to worry about.
