Highly inappropriate. Had a scheduled appointment and then she decided to call the day before to tell us she doesn't think that our claim is going to go through after telling us she doesn't handle claims and to call the claims department. She tried to tell us what she thinks is going on without waiting for our technician to give her their proffesional opinion. In an already extra stressful time the appropriate thing would have been to wait until our scheduled appointment time and to have the proper information. Not to mentio... read more

For an agent who listens to your needs, look no further. Tarah Sussman is personable, friendly and knowgeable and will find the best insurance coverage for you. For me, she was unable to provide a less expensive Country policy. However, she was made recommendations for current coverage. This speaks volumes about the person she is. Next year I plan to review with her again.
