I first started seeing Tara years ago when she was in massage school, and right away she became my go to massage therapist. She is an excellent communicator, always learning, and great at massage. As someone with long term chronic pain, I really value her skills and kind attention. Highly recommend to any one!
treatment from tara has been so helpful for me with both acute and chronic issues. her assessments are thorough and she communicates well to make sure i’m comfortable with the treatment approach she thinks will be most beneficial, and to make sure there are no surprises during the session. she’s great at checking in and adjusting pressure if need be as well. highly recommended!

Tara is an amazing massage therapist. I used to have regular massages with her every week and that was one of my favourite times of the week. She is very knowledgeable, caring, passionate, and supportive. She always listened to my concerns, then used to do a through exam of how my body moves. She finishes her sessions with some take-home exercises. The session is always lovely and she is like a friend you know for years. What else do we expect from a great massage therapist?
