Great people.... they work with you to be better! I will be going twice a week.
Wonderful class, great energy and the Yogi's are very informative and friendly!
Came in to try a class and it so happened to be with Ann, she's an amazing instructor. The class was level 1 yoga and it was really enjoyable. I will be stopping by here any chance i get. Also the place itself is really nice and welcoming.
