Tara was recommended to us by the seller’s agent and she made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Very easy to talk to and she made herself available at convenient times for us. When we walked in for the first time in our new home, there were balloons and housewarming gifts waiting for us. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciate all the work she’s done through the entire process.

Tara was an amazing realtor on our transaction. She made communication easy between all parties and stayed on top of the file to make sure it was moving along smoothly. She sent everything we needed quickly and asked all the right questions. 5/5!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tara! I referred clients to her in Florida, and she took such great care of them from start to finish. As a Realtor myself, it means so much to know that the people I send her way are in knowledgeable, responsive, and caring hands. Tara communicated throughout the entire process and truly treated my clients like her own. I would not hesitate to refer another client to her in the future. If you’re looking for a Realtor in the Jacksonville Florida area, Tara is someone you can trust!

Tara reminds me of the little engine that could, right down to always having a smile on her face. She is an experienced professional who knows what needs to be done and how to do those things. Our house sold FAST and very close to asking price. The process to close was painless and completed in 45 days. Highly recommend. A pleasure to work with.
