Our family has spent a lot of time over the years staying with relatives in Coupeville/ Whidbey. This was our first experience renting a home here. We came to celebrate my husband’s 64th and son’s 30th birthdays. Upon arrival we were more than pleasantly surprised. This home is situated on a dead end just feet from the bay and lagoon. the man in charge came to our Freeland home home and took pictures and gave us paperwork ... HE WAS SO DRUNK THAT I GOT SICK SMELLING HIS BREATH ... smth wrong with him and his sister who works at TARA long term rentals ... they have a PIZZA place also?
