Tara Thai is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The service was horrible. I found the staff a bit unclean. I have contacted the health department because they have a few unsanitary practices. Using their hands to wipe down tables then serving food is just nasty. The restroom need to be cleaned. There were paper-towels every where. I was afraid if I said something, they would clean it and then give me my plate. The wait staff speaks poor English, I have yet to figure out how one confuses rice with noodles.
