This is hands down the worst Doctor I have ever been to. Not only did she not help me with my arthritis and brushed it off as everything was due to my weight, I had an exorbitant amount due for X-Ray charges she deemed inconclusive. Each time I met with her, she also had no clue what was going on with my condition - hadn't even bothered to read my file it seemed and kept mixing me up w/another patient. Very long waiting time!!! Over 2 hours. No exaggeration! Patients are desperate for good doctors but ridiculously long waiting time will eventually make us find others. Yes, my one excellent surgeon’s total waiting time is half an hour
Dr Rizvi is amazing! She is current with medications. She takes the time to really look you over. She diagnosed me and I feel so much better bc of her. I follow exactly like she wants bc she has a reason for doing everything. And Jesus is also an added bonus. He works hard but is never too busy to answer your questions. Lastly, Ms Donna the office manager is so very kind and understanding. She makes everything easier for me. I would highly recommend Dr Rizvi to friends and family. She is THAT good.
New patient experience: they spent at least an hour going over my past history. They were extremely knowledgeable and a plan forward was shared. I feel so good about Dr. Rizvi being able to help my pain. I proudly recommend her.
