Lacking in customer service. Products are okay but have some defects and color description issues. The order was delayed repeatedly with new deliver dates given until the responses stopped entirely. I have used Tara for years for promotional items. Excellent customer service. If in the off chance anything was not to my liking, they make it right. Scarlett and Rachel are no less than awesome to work with. They will help with any designs, product recommendations, samples, etc. I can, without any reservations, highly recommend Tara for any promotional items you are looking to purchase.
