Yesterday was a very sad day as we closed on the home that belonged to my parents for so many years. It was also a unique situation and we had a lot of bumps along the way. However, Tara Phillips absolutely hit it out of the ballpark! Every curveball she managed to field with grace, dignity, and the utmost professionalism. The word stellar absolutely captures her and her integrity and work ethic. Simply said, if God himself or to ever need to sell heaven, I would recommend Tara.
Tara was amazing! She helped to sell my mom’s house. For pictures she came in and single-handedly moved furniture around to allow the photographer to get the very best shots. And her going over and above didn’t end there! She worked tirelessly to get us ready to close in an expedited fashion. Unfortunately, my mother passed, and then the original buyer backed out.
