Dr. Ortiz is a great individual all around. I love that she greets with a smile every time I see her. I had a procedure 2 weeks ago and she was wonderful minimal pain and it was less invasive than I expected. I would recommend Dr. Ortiz to family and friends any day . Thank you Dr. Ortiz for all your help.
Dr. Ortiz was absolutely wonderful! I was nervous going in and she made the experience as easy and comfortable as possible and spent a lot of time answering questions. I would recommend her to anyone. I really can’t thank her enough.
Dr Ortiz was simply awesome! She listens carefully, is caring, knowledgeable, and very articulate when explaining and answering questions. Most importantly, I left her office with a plan and hope when the situation seemed hopeless. She called later in the day to follow up on surgical options and dates. It was 180 degree difference from the first urologist that I had seen from a large group practice in Austin. Mary, her scheduling nurse was also accommodating.
