AMAZING!!! From my first phone call everything was great,. This was my first time taking my daughter to a GYN. Yes....there was a long wait once we were in the exam room, but that is par for the course. She is FABULOUS. I am switching to her as well. Great staff as well.
My DR. referred me to Dr. Dennis, she has wonderful reviews, however I just called to schedule my first appointment and the woman who was helping me was so rude, made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. She told me she was available the week of Jan 7, she never asked me what office I wanted to see Dr. Dennis in which is the Glades office once I mentioned that she got upset with me and said she won't be there until the 15. This woman literally bit my head of when I said I wanted the Glades
Don't be fooled. The review is totally overall! Dr. D is a wonderful woman. Front office is pretty good . However, communication is horrible just as the "nurse" who works in the back. She is very rude! I wanted and needed to schedule surgery , called the office, no one EVER called me back! This was surgery we discussed. As of today I am on hold for 4 min.. finding another physician.
I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, inconsideration, and downright disrespect from anyone in my life especially from a doctor. As a first time patient being extremely disappointed in my experience is an understatement. From walking in to the room over 40 minutes after seeing the nurse and not even apologizing or introducing herself to using profanity (s word and f word) and discussing her hookups and online dating life; And trying to pressure me to use bc.
