I loved nursing and wanted to take it a step further to make a change directly in the lives of my patients through disease prevention. My approach to care is to give excellent, exceptional care to patients, to empower them to take initiatives to improve their own health and prevent disease. Outside of work, I enjoy running (recreational to ultra marathons), antique shopping, going to the beach, hiking, going to the mountains and traveling.
