Very gentle and patient with my 18 month old daughter. She addressed the cut quickly and calmly so my daughter wasn’t getting too overwhelmed.
Staff was super nice, and even tho I'm hard of hearing they did a good job on making sure I heard and understood everything.
I had the best of care... all concerns were explained and taken care of. I was seen by Dr. Montgomery at Smokey Point Urgent Care.
On a Saturday morning I visited urgent care in Mount Vernon. I was greeted immediately. The intake took a few minutes & then a friendly nurse escorted me to an exam room where the routine vitals were done & then a friendly but professional, Dr. Montgomery examined me & listened to my story. The initial lab results indicated an infection so she subscribed the appropriate medication. I was able to pick up the medication at the pharmacy when I departed.
