I received the eyebrow tint/wax. The tint was well done, however, when I suggested some things I wanted changed about the tint shape, she took on a huffy attitude. Then, the waxing of my eyebrows was messily done. There was even wax on my fingers! She pulled out some of my hair from my scalp! Need to improve on meticulously using wax.

Such a bad experience - overpriced and a bad job. The woman filed down the skin on top of my fingers rather than my nails. She kept going even when I said it hurt. So many cuts around my hands and cuticles and nails unevenly done

The first time I came I was impressed with how it looked,I was a little put off because while getting my lashes they did a Brazilian for someone else in the same room. However the second time I came I was told to come in 3 weeks for a refill. I came in 3 weeks and 2 days. After I finished she never told me the price a 3 week refill Is $100 they charged my card $190. When I questioned it they told me I was over my 3weeks refill by 30 days and 3 days. Clean space with nice people! Got a pedicure here for the first time today and it was great. I didn’t feel rushed at all.
