Dr. Mcgehee was super helpful and so kind to my son who is an out of state UVA student who developed severe pain and decreased vision in one eye. She was able to see him emergently, provide a diagnosis and set a treatment plan that will help the sight return in his eye. She really helped to reassure him that he wasn’t going permanently blind and will be the sole reason that this child and his momma will be able to sleep well tonight. She is a wonderful doctor and we will always be grateful for her expertise and kindness.
She cares about her patients and is very thorough in her knowledge and treatment. She goes the extra mile in seeing that her patients receive the best care and outcomes possible.
Great communication skills. Caring and compassionate.
