I saw Dr Ioffe for the first time at the Gurnee Immediate Care Center when my COPD flared up following a bad cold. My opinion of her based on this single visit was very impressive. Her knowledge and expertise was excellent and she thoroughly explained every step during my exam. She welcomed any questions and was incredibly patient and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to seek her out for any future medical need.
