The staff was professionally and very very nice people
I am very satisfied with the care I am getting.And I would recommend Tara Flores and DR Quinn to anyone needing shoulder surgery.And Kootenai outpatient surgery team was the best!
Boo!.. Tore my rotator cuff (probably) and they didn't give me pain meds to help. But nobody knows what happened to me because it's been over a month and still no information after going to nerve testing, x-ray, MRI etc. Still no information as to what happened to me! I think Tara Flores is a great practitioner don't get me wrong; I just can't believe it takes over a month and a half to get any information back from these tests. Who's in charge here?!
I have seen Tara for years and I am so pleased that I am able to have her for my doctor. She is always very professional and she really cares and listens to any questions and concerns that I may have. She discusses my treatment plan and if there are additional things that need to be done she explains it all to me and then makes sure it is all set up for me. I had been trying to get in to see Dr. Quinn for a while for a hamstring injury. My appt was changed to Tara his mid-level due to his unexpected absence. Tara is very knowledgable and professional. She is quick to respond personally to any follow up questions via MyChart. My only reason for 4 stars was a bit of disappointment that I was unable to see Dr. Quinn, but also recognize this was out of the control of the practice.
