I had a horrible experience experience, unfortunately. I went in to have my eyes checked and get my contact and glasses prescriptions updated. First I had to listen to a speech about exciting new options for contacts but of course would come with a more expensive exam price which I declined. I was asked what my current power contact prescription is, which I mistakenly gave them the wrong power and said -4.50 instead of -5.50.
