Dr Wilson had to get a lymph node for biopsy and she explained everything, my incision has healed well, and when she found the oncologist who referred me hadn’t acted on a plan yet, she referred me to Dr Eric Harris who saw me the next day and asked Dr Wilson to install my port the following Monday so I could start treatment Wednesday! I was diagnosed with breast cancer and referred to Dr. Wilson. She is an amazing surgeon, she answered all my questions and explained my diagnosis and pathology clearly. I never felt rushed during my appointments. She also promptly answered the questions I posted on the portal. I addition, after surgery I had a question over the weekend and called the office to leave a message and she answered! She forwarded the office line to her cell in case of emergency! Dr Wilson is fantastic. I’ve come to think of her as my doctor friend because she genuinely cares about her patient. I had a double mastectomy this year. She took time to answer everything and anything. She didnt mind my google doc research and never made me feel like I was too much. I was totally prepared for my surgery and outcome. She turned a terrifying prospect into a very manageable calm experience. I have 100% confidence in her care!
Dr. Tara Wilson, Debby and Jill are amazing! I instantly felt like I made the right decision. Dr. Wilson is exceptional with her calmness, kindness and expertise with breast cancer. She explained everything in detail and made my husband and I feel confident in our choice.
