Just got off the phone with the guy that owns the place, and let me just tell you... he was SO RUDE, asking me how i got his number? (Its online under the apartment name) and he was asking me why i am calling him now (Feb) for apartments in September when school starts... I told him because most other apartments are accepting applications for next school year... He was legit cussing on the phone and not believing everything i was telling me, talking to me like i was stupid. There is so much more to this story, just gotta say... read more
Great owner. He's local. And hires all local contractors to upkeep the places. Small cottages AND apartments.
