UPDATE: Yes, it may be the same transaction but, as a co-signer, I was a separate part of the transaction and had my own dealings with this office and documents to sign. Unfortunately, my experience was no better than that of my brother as I experienced the same lack of follow-through and poor communication throughout, and the notary services for the re-fi was an absolute nightmare. UPDATE: It's interesting that their initial response to my review was an apology. Now they've edited their reply to say that they really didn't do anything wrong and that it was my fault. I stand by what I said, it was all factual. I was told and promised things that didn't happen. When asking for an explanation she hung up on me. I was treated as if I were a terrible inconvenience.
