What an experience! No matter where you sat was a good seat. The acoustics were great. First time ever have been there and won't be the last. Can't wait for more shows to come. Went with my mom and bf for her mother day. She loved all the songs that they played. Reminded her of her mom. She was a huge Dean Martin fan. My mom said was almost as great as when her and I saw frank sinatra Jr live before he passed.
Whether it's the Tar River Swing Band, the Chorus or the Orchestra, the organization, the accomplished musicians, and volunteers all add so much to eastern North Carolina's cultural enjoyment. The TRO's performance of great movie themes last week was stellar and extremely moving. And Benjamin Lou on piano for Rachmaninoff's Concerto #2 was magnificent!!! I am so proud to go east and to be entertained by such musical talent and dedication.
