My boyfriend and I went for the first time this weekend it was so amazing! It was a beautiful day to go down the river and relax and take in the scenery! We had a blast and will definitely be going again with more people!

Great primitive camping space! Quiet sites that are right on the river and not too close to each other. Caretaker/owner(?) was really friendly and helpful.

My family and I had a great experience here. The campsite was a great size, I was able to pull my truck in and set up my roof top tent and hand plenty of room for my kids to play. We wondered around the proper and enjoy fishing in the river. They provided some of the fire wood we needed as well as made sure we had some good stuff to start a fire with. The owners came around throughout the day and made sure we were all doing good. I highly recommend this place for a good camping site for a group or just a family

Tar River made our adventure on the Robertson Millpond easy. We booked a reservation on line and were able to get in and out of the water without getting wet. I hope to book with them again in the future.
