Excellent service from check in to check out. Ana & Kadejiah were awesome at the front desk and Dr. Katwal & Flor were superb in the examination and cleaning. All were very thorough, thoughtful, courteous, friendly & wonderful. Will definitely recommend.
When I arrived at my appointment, Victoria greeted me with such a warm smile and kadiijah made me laugh because of her name lol. It made me instantly feel good that I was there. When I went to the back Aileen was great and made me feel at ease. It was such a pleasure talking with her about all that she was going to be doing. Ashley went over my treatment plan and payment and we talked about everything and how she ended up with this practice lol. Flor and Dr. Katwal were great. I had a gum graft done and their confidence and kindness were so appreciated since this was my first procedure. I had so many questions that were answered during the pre op consult and then had more afterwards and Dr. Katwal got on the phone with me to answer them. It was another consistent amazing appointment today with the Tar Heel Periodontists Garner office. From my professional detailed surgical procedure from Dr. Katwal with DA Allyn assisting. It started when I entered for my 8 am appointment and being greeted by the gracious staff Victoria and Kadejian Kudos and thank you again to the Garner office.
Dr. Katwal and her assistant, Flor, provided great care while extracting a molar. I was given great analgesia and had minimal discomfort during the procedure. Those two worked together seamlessly. Flor anticipated Dr. Katwal's needs during the extraction and was an integral part of the procedure. Pre and post op instructions were thoroughly explained by both of them. They are both very skilled practitioners and I would highly recommend them for your periodontal needs.
