I heard a lot of great things about this place but now I am starting to not think so much. Last week I called FINALLY got a hold of some lady all I heard was a dog barking, couldn't even hear her talking then I got hung up on. I have tried calling multiple times since and it seems like no one wants to pick up the phone. I hate to try another place but not sure how someone expects business without answering the phone. From the other reviews I'm not the only one having this issue.
Called Tal Heel Mobile RV on Friday 6-27-25 said I was at the Veterans Memorial Park in Mt. Airy said I had a front passenger jack that was leaking hydraulic fluid and my jacks would not go down , the gentleman said he would have someone over that day and was familiar with my RV . Very courteous and professional service. Highly recommend.
Had a slide out issue yesterday, the morning we were due to leave Tar Heel went above and beyond, rerouted one of the guys to come yesterday afternoon, got my slide in Thank you so much, got me on the road again
