Joe came by on Sunday afternoon, about an hour after I reached the business owner, and he had my inoperable motorhome slide pushed in for safe travel in about 45 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue.
After a recommendation from the campground, a call to Tar Heel Mobile Service was quickly answered by Kristin. With some information she did a bit of checking on our problem and returned with information a technician would arrive early afternoon. Just after the good news of the call was shared, Joe arrived as promised. He went right to work reviewing and diagnosing our issue. He quickly with his expertise and knowledge, began the repair. Once again, Kevin and his crew have gotten us back on the road, this time with a new roof that looks amazing! Now, if we can stay away from crazy situations not of our making, we hope to go to NM and back before Christmas!
I heard a lot of great things about this place but now I am starting to not think so much. Last week I called FINALLY got a hold of some lady all I heard was a dog barking, couldn't even hear her talking then I got hung up on. I have tried calling multiple times since and it seems like no one wants to pick up the phone. I hate to try another place but not sure how someone expects business without answering the phone. From the other reviews I'm not the only one having this issue.
