HB was awesome in helping my husband and I find the perfect Tahoe…so much so that my husband would only work with him when he went to purchase his truck a week later. The sales manager is so unprofessional and just blatantly disrespectful to me and my husband. We live in Alabama. We’re going to drive all the way to North Carolina two vehicles and never does a video before we got all the way up there and they didn’t and I called him and he said that they did. They might have, but we never received a video so I called and asked. They where in such a hurry to sale the truck thats all they wanted.
