Our floors started creaking, so we were looking for someone to fix them. Everyone said to get the foundation checked. We got estimates from 3 companies, and went with Tarheel. They cost more, but they were the only ones who actually measured the dips in the floor as part of their initial visit. Edit: still dealing with this a year and a half after we opened the contract. Avoid this business at all costs. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. Poor communication, poor craftsmanship, overpriced! My family has been having problems with our crawlspace being musty. I hired Tarheel as they had great reviews and were priced as a quality provider.
