Zach Bradley showed up right when he said he would and went over the whole process with us. He is a great technician and we are super happy with the results!!
Had a great experience with them from start to finish. Ken inspected my foundation a few years ago and also let me know what they could do about my sunken cement porches. Original review had some issues centered mostly around communication, but since then Tarheel Basement has reached out and ameliorated our concerns. They were quick to respond and they acknowledged our issues and offered honest fixes. Tyler was really helpful and explained things in great detail and we are happy with the service we’ve received from Tarheel Basement. We will gladly continue using them for our crawlspace and foundation needs.
Jess and Zach explained the process of lifting and sealing the driveway. They worked methodically to even out all the cracks and did a nice job of sealing the drill holes and the larger cracks. Excellent communication from start to finish. You would be fortunate to have this experienced team work on your driveway.
