I Icanceled my check because the project is not finished. It is not encapsulation when you see a ground and frogs jump through. If it could not be done for my crawlspace why you initiated the contract. I think I need to bring some independent person to evaluate this mess.Next rainy day the drainage system fell apart .
FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE! If THBS worked as hard to keep good employees as they do the customers they are taking advantage of, it might be a decent place to work. I was asked to lie multiple times to customers for various reasons while employed there. Very fortunate my tenure was short, because this company is trash, and so are the majority of the people hired to work there. From drug usage to extremely unprofessional people, it's a living nightmare.
Our floors started creaking, so we were looking for someone to fix them. Everyone said to get the foundation checked. We got estimates from 3 companies, and went with Tarheel. They cost more, but they were the only ones who actually measured the dips in the floor as part of their initial visit. We were told we needed to hire Jimmy's plumber friend to move some pipes, which we did as well. On the day of the install, it seemed to be going well for the most part.
