This review applies only to the person, Lisa, that helped complete our project. Our encapsulation project took over a year and a half to complete. It was a long process of phone calls not returned, emails not answered, and follow up not done. But, once Lisa became my contact, she made sure that everything was done when it was supposed to be done. Jess and Zack just left and they did a fantastic job with raising our porch slab and our walkway slabs. Super nice and detailed and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Joel did an awesome job inspecting the previously installed Tar Heel equipment in our crawl space. He thoroughly explained what he did and took pictures throughout the process to show us what he found. Tar Heel is a great company because of employees like Joel.
