Work was completed but had to have them come back out to seal a spot they missed. No big deal there. The issue is when they add a price in for a possible repair and let you know it will be refunded if they don’t perform it. Concrete removal and replacement t wasn’t performed because they were able to lift it, so I filled out the paperwork for a change order and refund. Almost a month later and still no refund. Quick to take your money ask for a good review but don’t follow through completely on their end. Why I waited to lea... read more

James and his crew did an excellent job, and kept us up to date the whole time. They worked well together as well as with the other trades that were here. James answered all my questions and even gave me some insight on warranty and how to approach any unlikely issues that may come up. This was an excellent experience from the day Sean stepped foot in our home until James pulled out of our yard. Thank you all!!
I had my basement system installed 1 year ago. The quality and customer service was top notch. Today, at my 1 year inspection, I am just as happy with my decision to go with Tarheel basement system. Tyler and Devin were amazing! I highly recommend them.
