Staff is friendly and service is fast but food is just okay. Quesabirria felt a little dry, and seriously lacking salt. It feels like they may be trying to cater to customers who don’t like spice but unfortunately that sacrificed flavor. However, their salsa is good!
When I asked for a to go bag, she handed it to me and said, “next time 25 cents”. I don’t need a free bag. She could have politely asked me for 25cent. I have had enough of substandard, unfriendly service, and I gave her back my food, asking for my money back. She stared at me and asked why. tasty & high quality. the service is fast & friendly. They even deliver if needed! there are many Mexican food options to choose from in SLO, yes; but i keep coming back here.
