Get the quesadilla de cabeza. It is the most delicious, tender, and juiciest part of the cow. However, if a cow's head is a little to extreme for you, get anything else on the menu. It's just as delicious :)

An amazing little place!!!! At counter service sort of a small dining area but it's nice and the FOOD IS LITERALLY SO GOOD!! The party I dined with (4) all enjoyed the food we got throughly. We ordered 1 steak/beef torta, 1 tamale (w/ beans and rice), 1 pork burrito, and 1 check quesadilla. All of which were flavored well and none of the meat was dry or old.
