This place used to be the gold standard for street tacos, but the new management has successfully turned a local gem into a culinary tragedy. I don't know who is in the kitchen now that they fired the only person who knew how to season meat, but "flavor" clearly wasn't part of the job description. The al pastor was so dry I’m pretty sure it was actually wood shavings dyed orange, and the tortillas were cold enough to use as ice packs.
