Very unprofessional and rude to anyone with a home warranty. Must be beneath them to be respectful or helpful to anyone who contacts them vis home warranty. Definitely would NOT recommend this company at all. Very disappointed.
Had a terrible experience working with Tim. He is likely a good electrician, but doesn't communicate well, nor is he easy to talk with. Despite calling the day prior to leave a message both times and get insights, he refused to answer, text or call back. He called the morning of our service and told us we were his first stop. I asked when he expected to arrive and he couldn't answer. We were only trying to figure out if he was 1 hour or 15 minutes away and he got upset. We rescheduled.
