Rang 3 local plumbers to repair dripping toilet valve. Only Taps and Toilets replied. They only do the simple urgent stuff so they have no big jobs they have to give priority to. Came next day. Had to go off and get a part (did not take ages like some) because the pipe to my toilet comes in from the side and he did not carry this spare on his van. So if your toilet is like mine, tell him when you ring so he will have the part. He can't carry everything.
James has done plumbing work for my elderly mum on several occasions. He is very kind and helpful and really goes the extra mile. He is polite and punctual. Mum is elderly and frail and lives alone and has been comfortable and happy with him working in the house. I highly recommend James.
James has done two jobs at my home now. Both times he has arrived at the time agreed, fixed the issue straight away and left the work area incredibly tidy. I'd have no reservations in recommending James to others
