after sales service is horrible. I have now had two experiences leaving a message for parts and they dont return calls. I called the main number and asked Manager to call me and also no call. I am building a new custom home and will shop elsewhere this time. very disappointing.
Taps has a great selection of high end kitchen and bathroom faucets and fixtures. However, the hours are not great and the customer service is terrible. The salespeople are rude and rush you. They are slow to respond to phone messages and emails as well. I guess they have a captive market, so customer service is not a priority.
I had a truly outstanding experience at Taps today with the most extraordinary sales associate, Sarita. She went above and beyond what one could possibly expect.
My company, Terra Home Renovations Ltd. , regularly uses Taps Bath Centre. The entire sales staff are professional and thoroughly explain the variety of products available to our customers. From the front end to the back of the operation where we pick up our orders, is always a great experience. I highly recommend Taps Bath Centre, whether you are a professional trade, contractor, builder, designer, or looking for yourself for any plumbing type fixture. They also have a Bath Boutique within their showroom.
